PRODUCT QUESTIONS:

Are your products tested on animals? No, we never test on animals nor do we advocate that practice.  We are animal lovers and believe that animal testing is a cruel and outdated practice.

Are your products vegan or vegetarian? All our products are vegetarian, we do not use animal fat in our soap. But we do have a couple items that contain goat milk (Bay and Goat Milk Shaving Soap) and locally produced honey (Queen Bee Soap).

Are your products gluten-free? All our products are gluten free, with the exception of our shampoo that has wheat protein as an ingredient.

Can I use your soap on my face? Yes, all of our soap is head to toe friendly. 

Can I pick the flavors in my soap by the pound box? We don't customize our soap Odds & Ends boxes.  Part of the fun is receiving soap that you don't usually purchase and trying new things. You might discover a new favorite!

 

ACCOUNT QUESTIONS:

Why do I need to create an account? It's not required to make an order, but it's so much easier to order.  Less typing, and you'll have access to your order status any time of day.

It says I already have an account created with my email, what do I do? Please contact us at 530-488-0546 or orders@frontierangel.com so we can help you. 

I’m stuck in a loop, HELP, what do I do? If it says you’ve already created an account, first try resetting your password.  Remember, you can always check out as a guest or call us at 530-488-0546, Monday through Friday: 9-5 and we’d be happy to help you!

 

PROMOTIONS/PROMO CODE QUESTIONS:

Can I use more than one promo code at a time? No, our website isn't set up for this type of thing.  

Why does it say “promo code is invalid”? That's probably an indication that the promo has expired.  Sign up to receive our monthly newsletter or join us on Facebook or Instagram to receive notices of upcoming specials.

 

GIFT QUESTIONS:

How do I include a gift message with my order? If you’d like your gift to arrive with a note, upon check out, include your gift message in the "comments" field.  We will see that and pop your message into the box.

 

SHIPPING QUESTIONS:

How soon will my order ship? We usually ship within 3-5 business days.  Our standard carrier is the US postal service, priority mail which takes 1-5 days depending on where you are located.  When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. 

I didn't receive my order, help!  We've got your back.  Need help finding your order? Give us a call at 530-488-0546 or email orders@frontierangel.com and we'll make it our priority one to track down your wandering order.

How can I get free shipping?  Any order over $75 qualifies for free shipping!

Do you ship internationally? Not at this time, I'm sorry. 

How do I enter a send a package to an address other than mine? That's easy, the "bill to" address should be yours, the "ship to" address should be where the gift is going. If you have more than one gift to send, you need to complete separate orders for each gift.

What does “processing” mean on my order? This means that we are working on your order.  When it gets shipped, the status of your order will be changed to "shipped" or "complete" and you'll receive an email with tracking information.

 

ORDER RECEIPT:

I received my order, but it was damaged.  Can you help? Yes, we can help you. If the product is damaged in transit we can help.  Send us e-mailed photos of the damage to orders@frontierangel.com. Please note that we do not offer replacements for incorrect addresses or shipments shown as "delivered" in tracking update. However, we will do our best to work with you. 

I got my order, but I'm not happy with a product.  We understand, sometimes a product may fall short of expectations. If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to make an exchange for store credit please contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase. We offer a store credit for the cost of the item paid only (shipping excluded). Please return the product in a box or envelope with original packing slip or receipt inside. Note: Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from receipt.
